Where will I be spending my time? Bali Scuba is in the village of Sanur in Denpasar (Bali Island, Indonesia). We’re about 20 minutes from the airport. All your classrooms sessions and pool sessions will be at our dive center. We are lucky enough to have our own purpose-built scuba training pool so you can have unlimited pool practice in addition to the scheduled sessions. Some of your training will be at the house reef in Sanur. This is just a few minutes from Bali Scuba.
You will also dive and and very often. The longer you stay, the more dives you can do. What exactly will I do on the Divemaster (DM) course? At Bali Scuba we run the DM programme as an internship – working with real divers and real students in training. Unlike many others we don’t do role-play.
Becoming an SSI Divemaster allows you to assist with classes and lead trips. Divemasters are the liaison between new divers and their instructors. Becoming a Divemaster is as simple as adding the Science of Diving Course to your Dive Guide program.
